to make Stollen\u3011<br>\u30fbMix flour, sugar, salt, beaten egg and IDY in a bowl.<br>\u30fbWhen all the ingredients are mixed together, put the sponge dough into the bowl and knead it on a table.<br>\u30fbWhen all the ingredients are mixed, add the butter and knead further.<br>\u30fbKnead the dough on the table and spread it slowly until a thin film of dough forms.<br>\u30fbSpread out the dough, sprinkle with the nuts and semi-dried fruits, and knead until the dough is well mixed.<br>\u30fbLet the dough rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour at 35\u2103).<br>\u30fbAfter the first fermentation is over, remove the dough from the bowl, lightly shape it into a rectangle, and bench it for about 10 minutes.<br>\u30fbShape the dough into a rectangle, place it on a baking sheet, and let it rise until it turns into a larger rectangle (about 40 minutes at 35\u00b0C).<br>\u30fbPreheat oven to 180\u2103.<br>\u30fbWhen the dough has grown to a large size, place it in the oven and bake for 23 minutes.<br>\uff08Bake for 23 minutes.
